Meet Leslie McGovern

I have been successful at developing and implementing
large scale programs for entire communities, young
people, their parents, faculty, and schools to address
young people’s optimal mental health practices, including
in each of their social groups. Young people and adults
alike learn to assist one another using a consultative
process within their own and other groups, breaking the
isolation so often felt by those young. In these programs,
they develop life skills and leadership capabilities that
they can employ throughout their lives.

I partner with organizations to create effective, collaborative
leadership across the company who continuously improve performance and outcomes. By promoting learning organizations, I partner to create organizational environments where differing perspectives are valued and used and powerful partnerships are forged. Companies and their leadership have greater access to often-untapped talent and resources, fortified to meet their most pressing challenges.
